In general, you must have added your email address in order to retrieve a lost password or user name. Cigar Steward does not require an email.

We might be able to help you if there's something else traceable on your profile, like a picture or avataar. or if your password contains an obvious typo. If all else fails, we can create a new account and duplicate any humidor for you.
